A. A satellite platform consists of the following:
1. A modem; which enables communication of the Internet signal from your
computer to the dish system for receiving and sending of data, (hardware
connected to the Datastorm via coaxial cables).
2. A dish system; (reflector, transmitter and receiver assembly), which
includes all the necessary hardware to connect to that satellites platform
satellite in the sky, (hardware connected directly to the Datastorm mount).
3. A physical ground based operations center that acts as a gateway to the
Internet while receiving and transmitting data from the satellite in the sky via
the DataStorm system.
